1. Returns

We do not accept returns of specially ordered products, ie. Products produced in accordance with your instructions and contain your content.

    1.1 Return a product

    If you are going to return a product, send it to:

      For returns sent internationally, clear the package clearly with "return goods" to avoid customs. We are not responsible for any return fees. Any fees are your responsibility. You must return the goods within 14 days of sending us the return message at Dropmerch.com.

      1.2 Transport damage and non -busy packages.

      If a product is damaged or lost during transport from us, the shipping company should be regarded as liable and a complaint should be sent immediately to the carrier. If a product is damaged or lost if you return it on your own initiative, you will be held responsible for the product as a sender. Therefore, we recommend that all shipments be carefully packed in original packaging or equivalent packaging. And should also be sent as traceable delivery.

        If a package is not collected at your post office within 14 days, you will be charged a handling fee to cover return shipping and shipping costs, in accordance with EU rules (SFS 2005: 59) (20140613) Customer orders in the EU.

            • Shipping costs and delivery depend on where in the world you live. Check prices and delivery time at checkout.


            You, as a private person, have a 14 -day withdrawal right according to the Distance Sales Act. There is no right of withdrawal if the total price to be paid is below SEK 400 or for customized products.

            For products stored, the withdrawal period starts from the day you received your delivery (if it is delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the withdrawal period starts the next working day).

            If the product has been handled so that it has lost its full value, it is deducted from the refund. The product must be in such a condition that it can be sold again. We reserve the right to deduct the write -down.

              2.3 Uncondered Packages

              Keep in mind that your package is only at your delivery point for a maximum of 14 days. Not downloaded packages are returned to dropmerch.com. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge customer costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee. The handling fee is currently SEK 400.

                3. Right of repentance

                When purchasing goods on the site, you as a customer have a legislative 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item you have ordered.

                  3.1 When using your right of withdrawal:

                  You should immediately and at the latest in legislative 14 days after the cancellation message return the products to us.

                  You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition on the products on returns, the products should therefore be sent well -packaged and in original packaging.

                  On the repayment amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product in the case of used or damaged product.

                    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

                    Products that have been sealed (sealed) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you due to health or hygiene reasons.

                    Specially made order goods, which have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes or adaptable dimensions that are not in stock.
