Refund policy

1. Returns

We do not accept returns of special order products, i.e. products produced in accordance with your instructions and containing your content.


1.1 Return a product

If you need to return a product, send it to:

For returns shipped internationally, clearly mark the package with "RETURN ITEMS" to avoid customs duties. We are NOT responsible for any return charges. Any charges are your responsibility. You must return the goods within 14 days of sending the return notice to us at prettygoodstickers.com.

1.2 Transport damage and unclaimed packaging.

If a product is damaged or lost in transit from us, the shipping company should be considered responsible and a complaint should be sent to the carrier immediately. If a product is damaged or lost if you return it on your own initiative, you as the sender will be held responsible for the product. Therefore, we recommend that all shipments are carefully packed in original packaging or equivalent packaging. And must also be sent as trackable delivery.

If a package is not collected at your post office within 14 days, you will be charged a handling fee to cover return shipping and shipping costs, in accordance with the new EU rules (SFS 2005: 59) (20140613) customer orders in the EU.



2. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.


3.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must announce that you regret it. The notice should be sent to us at support@dropmerch.com. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.


5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.

Custom made to order items, which have been tailored especially for you or have a distinct personal touch according to your wishes or custom measurements that are not in stock.
